Tasting Notes

The blend is a magnificent smoke, the double binder really adds a unique touch to the overall experience. Offering a slow burning smoke, giving you plenty of time to savor and truly enjoy the great harmony of flavours.

You will be introduced to a crisp, woody taste as you light this cigar which is complimented with notes of crème brûlée and brown sugar. As the smoke progresses hints of black pepper will appear leading the smoke to finish on a subtle spiciness.

Nice looking stick, big fat band construction was faultless burned slow and even very rich heavy smoke which was a bit much for me personally. I can see why people would love this cigar well worth the price but not my thing. Kind of regretting not choosing the Nub maduro or Hoyo epicure 2 that were sitting either side of it tonight, give it a try though it might be a show stopper for you.

Wow what a smoke. I have only been smoking cigars for around 12 months. I ve have sampled a tried many of cubas finest over the last year and have fallen for Hoyo de Monterrey epicure no2 and cohiba robustos. I decided to try this Alec Bradley as it was listed on the site in the recommended or special list. I have to say this was a fantastic smoke. The build, draw and burn were sublime. Part of me is against writing this review as I want this rare undiscovered gem to remain a secret so I can fill my humidor come pay day but I cant you need to try this cigar. I paired it with an un chillfiltered bottle of edradour and wow what a combo. I am regretting only buying one to sample now as it was over too quickly. Hands down one of the best value for money cigars I have had to date
