Nikka Whisky’s first distillery and guardian of their tradition, Yoichi is located on the coast of Hokkaido, the northernmost island of Japan.

Crafted using methods from the past, such as direct coal heating, the Yoichi single malt truly captures the authentic character of its exceptional location, with its refined coastal and peat notes.

The 10 Year Old is available in very limited quantities each year, showcasing the very best this amazing distillery has to offer.

Nose: Luscious stone fruits, spiced ginger, plum, blossoms, dates, and applewood smoke come through on the nose.

Palate: Viscous, warming and vibrant with splashes of fruit salad, bonfire, and exotic spices fizzing around the mouth.

Finish: Cocoa, dried spice, and ever-present fruitiness.
