Uncut and unfiltered, this hand-bottled bourbon is barrel proof. Weller substitutes wheat for the traditional rye grain, a production method pioneered by W.L. Weller.
Distilled Winter 2009, bottled Fall 2021, aged to 12 Year 6 months.
Released in 2021 as part of the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection.
Nose: Aromas of creme brulee.
Palate: To taste it has a full, evolving and sophisticated flavour, with notes of cherry.
Finish: The long finish is rich in coca, herbs and oak.
