The first instalment of this new series sees the return to award winning Single Malt Spirit matured exclusively in first fill ex-Bourbon Casks of exceptional quality, one of the three core casks of Lindores.

 This beautiful Single Malt Scotch Whisky explores longer maturation times than the first series and is a fantastic way to immerse yourself in our flavour journey and track the evolution of Lindores’ aging Whisky.

This Lindores Single Malt is bottled at the distillery at a unique Limited-Edition strength of 49.4% ABV and is a perfect Whisky for coming into the spring and summer months.

Nose: Pleasant mellow fruity apples, ripe banana, sweet pears and vanilla, buttercream and caramel notes with subtle citrus touches.

Palate: Fruity green apples, citrus lemon, banana, vanilla, oaky woody notes, coffee beans and spicy peppery touches. Pleasant silky texture.

Finish: Medium length finish.
