Description

Raasay's signature style is a lightly peated single malt balanced with rich dark fruit flavours. Inspired by some older style Hebridean single malts.

The magical Isle of Raasay lies of the west coast of Scotland in the inner Hebrides just off the Isle of Skye.

Rooted in centuries of distilling Raasay provides the ingredients for the perfect spirit and every drop is made on the island using water from the Raasay distillery well.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Lightly peated - aromatic smoke.

Palate: Fruit- cherry, apricot, blackcurrant. Savoury spice- black pepper, cinnamon. Sweet spice - crystalised ginger.

Finish: Sandalwood, vanilla & butterscotch. A hint of saltiness.
