Matured first in the strong foundations of ex-rye whiskey casks and finished in a combination of ex-Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks.

Every drop distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay with its own unique number.

Bottled at 52% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered.

This whisky boasts hints of peppery spice, almond, nuts and sweet fruit.
