Glen Moray Centenary Vintage Port Wood Finish - 40% 70cl

Glen Moray is a classic Speyside Single malt whisky that has been distilled in the Royal Burgh of Elgin since 1897.

To celebrate its 100th Anniversary the distillery has produced a special limited edition.

Four casks of carefully selected Glen Moray - on each from the vintage years 1976 through to 1979 - were left to mature in ex-bourbon oak casks until 1987 when they were transferred to Port wood from the Douro valley in Portugal.

The result is a smooth, well-rounded malt of outstanding taste and value, further distinguished by a rich ruby 'blush' taken from the Port wine.

All of which makes the Centenary Edition a very special gift for the whisky enthusiast.
