Inch for inch, this was the priciest smoke in my humidor and I had been very much looking forward to it.
What a disappointment!
First, the draw was so tight I was struggling to get much through it. I rolled it around and got it loosened up a bit, but it never quite produced the easy draw and large volumes of smoke I was anticipating. Next, it wouldnÂ’t hold its ash, and it wouldnÂ’t stay lit. I had to relight it three times and after it went out a fourth time I lost the will to try again, with still about an inch to go.
Looking at the other reviews, perhaps I was unlucky with the construction of this one. However, overall, this was a very disappointing smoke. I did occasionally encounter the Cohiba flavours I had been looking forward to, but it fell well short of my expectations and I will have to think hard about whether to invest this much again in another one any time soon.
