Bunnahabhain Moine 1997 PX - 50% 70cl

This 22 year old limited release from Bunnahabhain distillery on Islay was finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry cask before being bottled in January 2020.

The whisky for this limited release was distilled on 5th September 1997 and matured in traditional ex-whisky casks until 10th March 2016 when it was transferred to Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for the remainder of maturation.

Peated spirit and PX sherry casks is usually a winning combination for Islay whiskies, so we're confident this is a tasty dram.
