The Cigar Oasis XL electronic cigar humidifier can be used to control humidity in small personal humidors. Perfect for humidors that hold up to 300 cigars and are less than 4 cubic feet in size.

The unique Cigar Oasis XL is a small electronic humidifier that is fully automatic. Just plug it in using a paper thin power cord that fits between the hinges on the back of the humidor, or connect the optional battery pack and it's ready to go. The integral hygrometer displays the humidity in the humidor and also is used to set the controls point which is factory set at 70% RH, but can be adjusted to your own personal taste. The unit comes with a refillable, replaceable water cartridge that will last up to one year before it needs water, depending on how often the humidor is opened. The Cigar Oasis XL has a built in system, which accurately monitors the humidity and uses a quiet fan to filter and circulate the air in the humidor eliminating "musty" odors so common in well-sealed humidors. If you have a Humidor with around 75-300 cigars then this is the unit for you. A few points that I have noticed.....Don't be tempted to use it in a very large Humidor.I have several units, tested it out on all, and it will struggle so buy the one for the amount of cigars that you have otherwise it is false economy and you will end up frustrated.
The unit comes from the USA and, using it on batteries, I notice strange codes come up on the unit not shown in the handbook which, after contacting Michelle at C,Gars , (what great service you get from this company ) and she the manufacturer, found out the the batteries can have lost power in transit so ditch them straight away and put in some high performance ones.Again, it will pay in the long run and avoid frustration. You can of course simply conect it to the mains supply..
Can I recommend the unit? yes it does what is says 'on the tin' but if you are going to get more cigars or have even a slightly bigger untit then either go for the XL Plus, or as I have done, the top of the range for my really large 80 cubic feet unit, The Oasis 11XL. This unit is only around £139 from C.Gars so a great buy, buy any Oasis and you will not regret it.Just think of what you have and might need and buy accordingly.
