El Rey del Mundo Petit Coronas Cigar - Bundle of 25

Being fairly new to the world of cuban cigars and only having smoked a few including a Cohiba siglo I, a Punch coronation and a Romeo y Julieta habana No2 I found this little number quite a pleasant smoke. It lit well and the draw was quite light, about half way down I started to taste a pleasant creamy flavour which continued till the end. A steady burn and solid ash, all in all well worth the price tag.

Well made cigar then down hill from there took a long time to light with my Prometheus jet flame lighter, light to medium taste no complexity at all went out once then burning issues came into play on the whole quite a boring cigar the aroma attracted flies on my patio so i dont know what that ment, so going back to my Guantanamera Cristales at half the price and Romeo y Julieta's at the weekend. Ps now I know why there is only 2 reviews including mine for this cigar.

This cigar was recommended to me by Michelle at C.Gars Ltd. A truly exceptional recommendation it was too. For a cigar of its size, the El Rey del Mundo Petit Corona lasted a good amount of time: over forty minutes for me - and this was with me smoking it with great alacrity (so much did I enjoy it). This cigar is a perfect pick for a summer's evening outside a bar overlooking the beach (possibly with a pint of Tribute ale). Whilst it was pleasantly light, it wasn't overly mild in flavour, and as one would expect, it produced some more complex flavours at around half-way. If you're not looking for huge, over-powering flavours and deep notes then this cigar could be for you. Everything about this cigar's construction exuded quality. The wrapper was smooth and virtually vein-less. The draw was almost perfect - it was consistent from start to finish and not at all to loose or tight. It smoked well, burned as evenly as is physically possible and left a good solid ash.
