Davidoff Cigars

In 1968, the cigar world welcomed a new name and a new philosophy. The journey of Davidoff Cigars from the origins of its flagship store in Geneva to a global brand with millions of followers had begun. At the head of this journey was Zino Davidoff. It was his sense of pioneering and innovation that set Davidoff apart from the outset. His restless pursuit of new tobaccos and blends has been the inspiration for all the fine cigars that have since carried the iconic Davidoff ring over the last five decades. Establishing a centre for excellence in the Dominican Republic in 1991, Davidoff has allowed its Master Blenders to create some of the most original and rewarding cigars in the world.

Davidoff Entreacto Cigar

If you're looking for a cigar for a 20 minute smoke full of flavour and easy draw this is for you. Although small in length the gauge is tidy and it feels like a good cigar should. Plenty of aromatic smooth smoke. A little better.

Davidoff Exclusive Orchant Seleccion Lancero Cigar

The UK market seems to have steered away from lancero sized cigars in recent years, which makes this vitola unusual and special which in turn gives the smoker an air of elegance. Many famous people in history have preferred a lancero, such as the likes of Fidel Castro, Groucho Marx and of course Zino Davidoff himself! This premium cigar, made exclusively for C.Gars and Turmeaus, is presented in a stunning limited edition box of 10 cigars, one of the most luxurious I have ever seen.Only 300 boxes have been made which makes these a very exciting collector's piece.

The first thing that impressed me with the actual cigars was the silky and bright looking Cuban Seed Ecuadorian wrapper; a real thing of beauty which has been meticulously hand rolled around the filler and binder to create a piece of art. The binder is a hybrid; olor/piloto from the exclusive Yamaza region in the Dominican republic. A very important region in the history of Davidoff where Henke Kelner went against the grain and achieved his dream to cultivate tobacco there. The filler is a fine selection of premium Dominican tobacco; 2 x Viso Seco, San Vicente Viso and Dominican Criollo Ligero.

This cigar delivers notes of fresh cut grass, cedar, coffee and a hint of citrus at the beginning, progressing with some leather and white pepper notes throughout the cigar. The draw is easy and is perfectly constructed. Delicious! David - Cigars Ambassador

Davidoff Winston Churchill Belicoso Cigar

After giving these cigars two weeks to condition in my humidor I thought it was time to try the Belicoso and I was not disappointed. A very well constructed cigar with a great even burn with a white ash that didn't fall until near the end of the cigar and loads of smoke.

When first lit I thought it gave me an earthy taste of grass and pepper that was followed with sweet dark chocolate and a creamy flavour mid way through. A lovely medium strength cigar that is a welcome addition to the humidor that can rival small Cuban cigars athe a very reasonable price.
