Vegas Robaina meets Angel Ramirez. For the first time a great smoke meets contemporary Cuban art. Angel Ramirez has been selected by us as the Cuban artist to design the first ever Art Edition Havana as his works are as outstanding as the cigar it will meet - the Vegas Robaina Famosos of the 2006 production. Angel Ramirez designed a cigar band and four cigar related prints for this Art Edition. The fantastic bands in Ramirez very own style will be numbered 1-5000 - these are 200 boxes of the first Art Edition. Each box will carry one out of four different high class prints (each numbered 1-50 and signed by Angel Ramirez). These prints show Angel Ramirez very own view of the Habanos smoker. The copper plates will be destroyed after printing 50 copies each - so we will conserve the value of what will be the first Art Edition Havana cigar. These smokes were released during the Grand Opening Party of the La Casa del Habano Hamburg in April 2007. Only a very limited supply remain, so order early to avoid disappointment. These boxes are signed by Christoph Wolters, the connoisseur from La Casa del Habano - Hamburg which will no doubt add to their future collectable value. Mr Wolters is one of the most famous cigar merchants in the world and was responsible for the Partagas 1996 Limited Edition Humidor as well as the 2004 edition of the Bolivar Gold Medal.
