Well this is my second RyJ Cedros No.3 from a second order and it will be my last I honestly believe that they put the cedar wrap on the cigar to disguise the ugliness and vainy wrapper hardly much different to the Guantanamera Cristales i smoke and enjoy regularly I expected more from RyJ so to continue and having taken the cedar wrapper off found the cigar very solid in fact too solid I clipped the cigar with my Xikar cutter and then toasted and lit the cigar , It was very hard to draw and took all the pleasure out of smoking it, the smoke and flavours were lovely then the uneven burning started again, I smoked the cigar for over an hour but never became any easier to draw so was virtually exhausted at the end, never again, and really putting me off the RyJ brand as the Churchill my wife bought me for my birthday was a pain to, Going back to my Staple but lovely Cristales and ordered a Monty No.4 the world most popular Cuban and also a Por Larranaga Petit Corona looking for a cigar t

I have only recently started smoking cigars and don't pretend to know a lot about the subject, but I know what I like! as the old saying goes. I have been trying different combinations of size and make of cigar and found the Romeo y Julieta Cedros No. 3 smoother, richer and less bitter to the taste than its equivalent Cohiba. Mind you, 20 years ago I couldn't tell the difference between a Pinot and a Cabernet!

I have always smoked these, gave out a box at my daughters wedding recently. Haven't laughed so much in years, all the cool street dudes upchucking after trying to smoke them like fags. We oldies enjoyed them with draught Double Diamond, bliss, a perfect combination.

Yes, Cedros no. 2 is good, but let me put it this way, the no.3 actually rules! To start with I dont quite see why this cigar is classified as light/medium. My smoke started as medium and later developed to almost full. An excellent draw, I found, releasing lots of sweet, delicate flavour inspite of the strength of this cigar. Yet, I thought the finish was slightly tarry but certainly not offensive so.

Nice smoke, pity it started to unwrap halfway through.
Nevermind, it was anice 2 hours down the pub sort of smoke with a few light ales.

A nice intro to the RyJ cedros. A little strong to my taste but with an easy draw and a lovely aroma. Definitely one Ill try again.

Bought one of these for myself and another for a friend to share on his birthday. First cuban Ive had so I can only compare it to supermarket piff but i thought it was a very tasty smoke, smooth on the palate, if not a little tight on the draw. Has definately persuaded me to buy more cubans! also the cedar wrap is a great touch which makes them ideal presents
