Much like the Punch Churchill, the Double Corona often is overlooked as an alternative to the better known DCs. This is a fantastic cigar in its own right. written by mmeadows

Full boddied smoke with a tight draw requiring the cigar to be relit a couple of times. I found this smoke to be quite meaty and at times on the strong side. I think this cigar will gain some complexity in time. written by Michael

I was pretty unimpressed with these cigars at first and would only have given them a 3 (or even a 2). But after sitting around in the humidor for 6 months they seem to have developed a bit of flavour. The general build quality is very good (draw, burn etc), but whilst unmistakably Cuban in flavour, they are not a memorable smoke. Put aside a while for one of these monsters (at least 1.5 hours). Alternatively, you can smoke the first half and bin the rest, youd not be missing anything. written by Alex

A fairly bland first half gave way to some fruity flavors. The last third provided all the enjoyment with creamy sweet flavors. The draw was a bit tight, but not too disturbint. This cigar burned well and left a beautiful solid ash. Was expecting a bit more than it gave. written by rubyz
