Customers generally find the Kennedy Corona to be a highly variable cigar. While many praise its potential for rich flavors and good construction when you get a good one, a significant number of reviewers report issues with tight draws and inconsistent construction, making for a frustrating experience at times. It appears to be a product where patience and a willingness to gamble on individual cigars are rewarded.
Best suited for adventurous smokers who appreciate a good value and are willing to contend with occasional construction issues for the chance of an excellent smoke.

having read the reviews about these cigars, decided to buy 10 to give them a try, at this price you can. the first one was like trying to smoke a dog chew, couldnt get any smoke to come through at all, well plugged. the second however was an absolute joy, bags of smoke with nice chocolate & coffee undertones, a nice even burn and lasted an age. dont know what the other 8 will be like but on that one cigar alone im gona have to give them 4 stars.

Sympathies for the reviewer who tried twice and gave up, these are extraordinarily variable - I've encountered a couple which were like smoking a poker, some with the construction of a mummy's finger, and one that tasted mostly of mothballs, and all in the same box. When you get a good 'un, however, you'll be so consumed by the exotic ripe earthiness and strange hidden fruit you'll forget about the others. One for the explorers among us, I'm on my fifth box... get digging!

Revisited after having a plugged cigar. Still a very tight contruction. taste of mild and pleasent when it came through but was not a relaxing experience trying to do so. Nice taste, shame about the contruction. Pay the extra pound and pick up some Quinteros.

I recently bought 2 of these to try with a friend after reading the reviews. Construction was good as was the draw and the ash had the right colour throughout. However, I found them lacking in taste/strength and would only recommend these if you like milder cigars. If you do, good value for money.

Bought a 1 recently to see if a bargin could be found. However the construction was so tight that it was impossible to draw through anything. The bit of taste which I did manage to try was actually quite nice but it was like trying to suck a golf ball through a garden hose. Maybe have just been a 'bad one' so bare that in mind. Will come back to at a later date to try again to see if it was just a one off.
