I have been an avid smoker of a variety of the Montecristo range for a fair while, and a friend suggested trying a Cohiba. Having read the reviews on the Siglo VI I opted for 3 to pop in my humidor.
Today was a lovely afternoon so I thought it was time to light up a Siglo VI, from the size a gauge of the cigar I was expecting a much heavier smoke, that is not to say I was disappointed. It is full of flavour and very smooth, alot of the Monte's I smoke tend to suffer from uneven burn, this burnt true all the way down, and was never close to being relit. The taste develops through the smoke and lingers nicely. I am so impressed by the sheer quality of this first Siglo VI that I have ordered a box of 25 after my first one, and am now going to try a few more in the Cohiba range.
This is a truly GREAT cigar, streets ahead of all the Montecristo's I have tried.

This cigar is magnificent!! Smooth cream throughout with under tones of cococa, leather, and earthiness. The finish stays creamy with added spiciness.I've been smoking cigars for 13 yrs leaning toward full bodys but with out a doubt the BEST ever in my smoking experience. A MUST TRY for anyone!!! JP USA

I have smoked many a cigar and love most of these but some of these stand out and need a story to be told. Let me compare this cigar, if it this is at all possible with some others. Until last year my favourite smoke used to be R&J Churchill and MC #2. Those are very fine cigars indeed with the former being milder and smoother than the MC. The problem with MC however for me has been the inconsistent finish of the cigars. Out of the two of my last boxes of 25 I was unable to smoke at least 15% of them as they were made too tight. However if you get a good one they are one of my favourite torpedo cigars with a full flavour.
Having written about two cigars let me now come to this very one. It is the finest I have ever smoked. The build quality is excellent and all the cigars have burnt well with a nice draw to them. The smoke is smooth yet strong but not overwhelmingly so. My other recent cigar of choice is the Esplendidos and these two are similar yet the latter is smoked when I nee

This was recommended to me by Paul. In my very humble opinion, (as a novice cigar smoker of only 11 months) one of the best smokes I have had. A lovely, full bodied, rich, warm taste. Superb burn, this cigar did not want to go out - I had to smoke it in two goes. (I was at my nephews baptism after all!) An absolute joy and the perfect size for a decent smoke. Thanks Paul, youre a star!

The comments of others below say it all without any exaggeration.
I can only add that this cigar is remarkably lightweight for its size and volume and produces the most incredibly solid ash Ive ever seen on a premium Habano.

In my opinion, this is by far the best cigar for the new Millenium. Thicker than a Robusto, (so it has more ligero filler, which makes it so delicious) shorter than a Churchill (so it does not require more time to enjoy). The vitola is perfect for the present day cigar lover. One thing that I must bring up is the fact that my box of VI was made in the El Laguito factory, I have tasted others VI with different factory codes and dont know if it was the cigar or me, but the one made outside of El Laguito does not taste as well as those made from EUN. So if you can pick at your local cigar shop, my suggestion is that you always go for those made in EL.
