A very enjoyable smoke lasted about 30 mins but personally I find it more of a medium flavour not full. I find them a perfect winter smoke for taking with me while walking the dog. Nice spicey flavours. Always have a couple in humidor.


A few years ago I wrote an indifferent review of this cigar. Its taken me a long time to try another one so Id just like to redress the balance. My second sample was a lot different. A good draw and construction along with typical Bolivar flavours all in a compact package make this an excellent cigar. Now if they were to release an untubed version for about £1 less I think theyd have a real winner here.


I found this to be a decidedly average smoke. Reasonably strong but nothing exciting to report flavour wise, although the taste did pick up towards the last third. Interestingly light brown coloured wisps of smoke from the cigar and on the exhale. I have another which I shall put away to age for a while and hopefully see some improvement in the future.


A very nice little smoke and great value for money, this was a perfect accompaniment to my morning coffee. Very full flavoured and quite spicy, but never overpowering and always smooth. There is definitely some chocolate notes in there along with rich roasted coffee bean type flavours, I also picked up on a very slight tanginess. Overall, excellent.

