Sara, the Retail Operations Manager for Turmeaus stores across the UK, joined with the C.Gars and Turmeaus Tobacconist at the end of 2014 and has very quickly become a fantastic addition to the team.
Sara lives to find the perfect pairing of alcohol and cigars but her tipple of choice has always been Champagne! Sara is loving trying the selection of New-World and Cuban cigars but lately Sara has enjoyed smoking the new Orchant Seleccion line of Oliva cigars, who could ask for a better introduction into the cigar world?Member since:

I joined the C.Gars Ltd team in early August 2016, just in time for our new Liverpool store opening. I really appreciate handcrafted items & the hard work that is involved in delivering the essence of it's maker & the best experience possible.
With a background in art & speciallity coffee I have become quite interested in handmade cigars especially habanos. I particularly enjoy a creamy & oaky Trinidad Vigia with a nice dram of peaty Ardbeg.
Can I just thank the staff at your Liverpool branch for going over and above
to make my experience the best it could be yesterday.
Firstly was was greeted with a smile and warm welcome as I entered the shop,
I was taken to David in the humidor who was both knowledgable and
accommodating with my limited knowledge of cigars.
I bought 4 Cubans for a wedding and he really did give me the best possible
customer service. On paying I must have left my drivers license and money
clip at the till; and I've just had them posted through the letterbox at
I really can't thank you enough for this, it really is exceptional customer
service and will encourage me to use your shop more often.
Having worked in customer service before I know the importance of a good
relationship and it's invaluable when building a company.
I'll be sure to share my story with friends and family to ensure your good
work doesn't go unnoticed.
