Matured whisky from the Yamakazi distillery, this release has been aged well in Puncheon casks which is larger than your regular hogshead cask.
A hoggie will usually hold up to 230 litres where compared to the Puncheon it'll hold twice the capacity - 480 litres.
The results will mean that this Yamazaki single malt Japanese whisky is that it matures in the Puncheon slower,
allowing it to gently acquire flavour from the cask. This is the 2013 Yamazaki Puncheon release.
