This fantastic, independently bottled Glen Scotia single malt Scotch whisky was matured in a single butt cask from 1991 to 2015.
It comes presented as part of Wemyss Malts' selection of indie bottlings with delicious names - this one is titled "Seville Bazaar" and is packed with spice and Sherried fruit notes. Just a limited number of 737 bottles were produced.

Nose: Hazelnuts, red berries, dried papaya and guava dredged with sumac and smoked paprika with black olive. Palate: A treacle glaze over sticky toffee pudding with a spoonful of fruit compote and rum and raisin as a side serve. Finish: An oily texture with salted caramel lingers in the long finish.
