Launched in spring 2023, The Lakes Distillery's Iris is one of the distillery's Whiskymaker's Editions series of limited releases, wherein the Master Blender is given free reign to explore their creativity and showcase a range of diversions.
The latest release, Iris, was inspired by a town in the Western Himalayas, Gulmarg (meaning meadow of flowers).
