Nose: Soft and refreshing with vanilla and sugared almonds which are nicely balanced by oak and cinnamon.
Palate: Fruity with a hint of spice - gently yielding to toffee and the richness of sherry oak.
Finish: Like the nose, fruit and vanilla linger, becoming pleasantly drying.
