Following a long lineage of wine growers, Jean-Paul and Magali have, since forty years, patiently developed the familial estate.
Now they are cultivating 24 hectares of Sancerre appellation (20 hectares of Sauvignon Blanc grapes; 4 hectares of Pinot Noir).
It can be drunk as an aperitif. Served with starter dishes, it accompanies seafood very well, and fish; as well as the famous Chavignol goat cheese.
The initial impression on the nose is lively and intense, with flavours of lemon, fresh herbs and white fleshed fruits.
Mid-palate opens out into rich fruity and flowery aromas with a fine finish - persistent with notes of citrus.
