Since 1792, Samuel Gawith have been producing Traditional English tobacco in Kendal. Using original recipes and sourcing leaf from tobacco growers the world over, we are pleased to offer their full range of English Mixtures and Flakes.
This sampler contains 10 grams of each different pipe tobacco - 40 grams in total.
Please note that you will receive 10g of each tobacco, the tobacco will not be supplied in the tins.

Balkan Flake
A beautifully formed dark flake of pressed Virginias with a generous helping of best Latakia. Balkan's appearance encourages the pipe-smoker to fill up, relax and enjoy the 'smokey' flavour with copious amounts of smoke. A medium strength smoke with cool and smooth characteristics.

Full Virginia:
Samuel Gawith Full Virginia Flake is for lovers of pure pressed Virginias created in the heart of the Lakeland. Full Virginia starts life as a blend of Virginias in the cold press. Hot pressed and allowed to cool overnight, the cake takes on it's delicious and distinctive dark colour that creates a pipe smoker's dream; a feeling of calm, serenity and anticipation for the next pipeful.

Navy Flake
A traditional offering of pressed Virginias with a hint of Latakia and a dash of Rum make Navy Flake a medium strength, aromatic and easy to smoke tobacco.

Scotch Cut
An original Samuel Gawith blend, Scotch Cut has a well-balanced selection of Virginias, Burley and Latakia. The addition of some of our Empire Black Cavendish ensures a full flavoured, yet medium strength smoking experience.
