Nose: A faint smoke grows sweet, before honey-cured smoked meats, sweet mint and sharp citrus emerge. Vanilla, cocoa and wood finishes the nose off.
Palate: A combination of wood ash, jam, treacle toffee and caramelised orange with smoke.
Finish: Long and cooling with toffee apple and wood smoke aspects.
