The Dr Plumb Quintex deluxe is part of Dr Plumbs premium pipe range using the finest select briar and tapered fitting, military mounted stems, which incorporate a unique filtering system.

The bowl is a fairly standard size and has a fairly thick wall, which doesn’t seem to add much weight but prevents overheating. The stem is the same high quality Lucite as used in the rest of the Dr Plumbs range but is slightly more robust and uses a tapered fitting military mount, which will still provide a very secure, air tight fit after many years of use.

The larger bore of the stem allows a more efficient filter system. There is a bigger filter and moisture trap with more room for the smoke to move around and cool down before moving into the stem. This free movement gives an unrestricted draw, whilst the natural condensation still filters and cools down the smoke for a brilliant smoking experience.
