The first Peterson patents awarded to Peters in the 1890’s would revolutionise the pipe-making world and turn a fledgling idea into what has become the oldest continuously operating pipe-maker in the world.
Despite this, they are still using hand tools for each and every pipe, and still checking everything by eye.
These special pipes, all of which are silver mounted, are rare and a limited number are available each year. Shapes can vary depending on availability of suitable raw materials.
A smooth brown briar pipe with a beautiful amber coloured stem and fishtail mouthpiece.
Presented in an original Peterson pouch and box.
This pipe has been individually photographed, so that the pipe you see in the picture is the pipe you will receive.
