Colour: Golden syrup. Nose: Smoke, lightly peated with garden herbs and a citrus trace. Palate: Some more peat. More pipe than chimney. Polite, fruity and well married with soft sponge cake featuring among the smoke. Overall: The rich smokiness does justice to the ethnic origins of this blend and will not disappoint.

A well-rounded, well-balanced, fully-peated whisky for a great price! I recommend it! I've not had a bad Wemyss malt.
