A splendid, classic VSOP Cognac from Maxime Trijol.
The Trijol family began distilling in November of 1859 and Maxime from that set up his own distillery in 1962. The company now owns 20 2,500 litre charentais pot stills, and they are one of the largest distillers in Cognac.
