A 1990 vintage Macallan from independent bottler Hunter Laing as part of the Old & Rare series.
Distilled in February, it was aged in a refill hogshead for 25 years, yielding 281 bottles in February 2015.

Nose: Rich and creamy vanilla bean, marmalade and robust malt make up the nose for this stunnin Old & Rare Macallan expression.
Palate: Red apples with a kick from cinnamon and clove. Oak spices then appear with and a touch of boiled sweets.
Finish: Delicate oak continues from the palate on a backdrop of golden barley sweetness.
