Description

Lustau’s philosophy has remained the same since its inception in 1896: the pursuit of the highest quality in order to offer the market the widest and finest range of sherry.

In recent years, Lustau has been honoured and recognised with several awards; it was named "Best Spanish Producer" in 2011 at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London.

This Spanish fortified wine from Jerez is crafted from Palomino grapes and aged in American oak barrels with a “soleras” sediment rotation process.

This sherry has a unique character representative of the Sanlúcar de Barrameda region at the mouth of the Guadalquivir river.

The humidity in this region greatly affects the grapes and gives this wine a special character.

This wine Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa is especially good as an aperitif, with shell-fish, and all sea foods.

Tasting Notes

A pale straw colour, the nose carries aromas reminiscent of the sea breeze. Dry, light and fresh, with pungency and a clean palate, it shows great delcacy.
