Liverpool Rose Gin - 70cl 42%

A beautifully balanced flavour. I highly recommended. I drink this with a slim line tonic and a slice of lime. Verdant, fresh and green leafy, the taste is full of juniper as you might expect, but it is beautifully offset with coriander and angelica with a hint of lemon and lime. Neat, this is like a cool breeze on a summer's day, or with tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit this is gin and tonic perfection.
