Colour: Full gold.
Nose: Soft, gradually fresh fruit notes start to develop becoming deeper ad richer with time. Marzipan, vanilla and a trace of sweet liquorice.
Palate: Smooth with sweet fruits. An appetising dryness rapidly develops as finally, some ginger, clove and a little salt.
Finish: Long and warming, with a peppery tingle. Slightly oaky and herbal with dry, tannins and a clean, aromatic conclusion. Spice lingers in the aftertaste, which combines milk chocolate and sanded hardwood.
