Ledaig is a peated whisky produced in Tobermory.
This delicious 1998 vintage was bottled in 2014 by independent bottlers Gordon & Macphails.
Nose: Aromatic with sweet vanilla and honey notes, give it time and a subtle hint of smoke develops. Add a drop of water and notice a sweet and perfumed taste with toasted malt and hints of tropical fruits.
Palate: Fruits and creamy with hints of pear, green apples and milk chocolate. Add water and it becomes sweet with a hint of subtle spice, delicious milk chocolate and orange flavours.
