Released in 2004, this Laphroaig Quarter Cask offfers an irresistible doubling of flavour, due to the double maturation in two barrels made of American oak.
This bottling was aged for around five years before being finished in a quarter cask for several months, the size of the cask is quite small, hence why it doesn't require such a long maturation like other whiskies out there.
This remains a truly great achievement from Laphroaig.
