Colheita (Col-yate-a) means “harvest”, referring to the exclusive use of grapes from a single crop to create a vintage port.
Singular blend of The Lakes Single Malt and select grain and malt Scotch whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay is then finished in rare Colheita casks to create this rich and warming expression of The One.
Non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour, with only the natural colours derived from our oak casks in every bottle.

Nose: Peach cobbler, fresh apricot, and a whiff of autumnal smoke on the nose.
Palate: The Smoke from the nose leads to a palate of ripe plums, vanilla custard and warming cinnamon.
