This is Lejay's world famous Crème de Cassis de Dijon, made with a blend of 55% Noir de Bourgogne and 45% Black Down blackcurrants with a small amount of blackcurrant bub infusion.

Aroma: Pure, intense blackcurrant.
Taste: Pure, concentrated blackcurrant fruit. Fruit tartness nicely balances out sugar as overall, this Lejay bursts with fruitiness.
