The brain trust at Orkney distillery Highland Park said, let there be light – and there was The Light, a new expression said to embody the spring and summer months on the archipelago.

Hot on the heels of 2017’s The Dark, The Light marries flavours as diverse as nutmeg, cedar wood and caramelised pear.

A limited edition of 28,000 bottles, each one presented at a strength of 52.9% abv in a stunning oak wood frame decorated with runes and the serpent dragon.
