The Jura 21 year old is a superb example of what the distillery is capable of when the spirit is left to mature in the warehouses behind the distillery.
This whisky is rich and full bodied thanks to a final maturation in a 1963 Olorosso Sherry butt. Aromas of jaffa cakes, honey on porridge and citrus fruits and followed by flavours of mashed neeps (turnips!), blood orange, winter spices and soft liquorice.
