Cask: American White Oak Amoroso and Apostoles Oloroso Sherry Butt.
Nose: Honey, vanilla, ginger, peach syrup and banana cake.
Taste: Ripe pineapple, bitter chocolate and Morell0 cherries.
Finish: Spicy sherry, ginger and leafy notes. Sweet sultanas, raisins and light fruit cake linger.
