This handmade, long filler cigar from the Philippines Independencia 1898 was launched in 1998 to commemorate 100 years of Philippine independence. The combination of Isabella "pais" filler, Isabella binder and Java wrapper gives this popular cigar its smooth, full-bodied, robust flavour.
