Hedges and Butler were a wine and spirit merchant founded in 1667. This is a blend of Highland malt whiskies.
By 1836, the brand was granted its first Royal Warrant by Queen Victoria in 1837 and would then go onto become an official supplier to successive monarchs, British and foreign!
Its blended whiskies are sourced from over 15 distilleries in Scotland with this Hedges & Butler being matured for some 15 years before it was bottled sometime in the 1980s.

Nose: Spices, toffee, rich and creamy, floral.
Palate: Oaky, nutty, slightly smoky, rounded, slightly sweet.
Finish: Long, caramelised fruits, brown cane sugar.
