An old bottle of Dimple from around 1930s.
Dimple is a premium blend produced by Haig's, which has a higher malt influence from Linkwood and Glenkinchie than its sister blend, Haig's Gold.
Interestingly, in 1958 the Dimple bottle was the first container to be trademarked by the US Patent office thanks to its unique design.
Please note as this is a vintage whisky, conditions of bottle/label and liquid level can vary.
Nose: Medium with warming spicy notes as well as a hint of delicious caramel.
Palate: Well-balanced with smooth sweet honey notes alongside toffee, a little smoke and malted barley with a hint of oak.
Finish: Short. There are notes of fudge and oak.
