AROMA WITHOUT WATER:
Rich Sherry notes mingle with plum, raisin and delicate stewed pear aromas. A beeswax polish aroma develops.
TASTE WITHOUT WATER:
Zesty orange marmalade flavours initially which combine with hints of ripe banana and apple. A charred oak note develops and is complemented by a liquorice edge.
AROMA WITH WATER:
Sherry influences followed by caramelised apple, beeswax polish and candied fruit aromas. A subtle trace of sweet dried tobacco is present.
TASTE WITH WATER:
Smooth orange initially with hints of dark cocoa powder and charred oak. Undertones of red apple, plum and delicate cherry develop on the tongue.
