Nose: Tangy lime notes with toffee apple and hints of walnuts on a biscuit base. Fruits such as orange and pineapple them emerge with caramel and melting butter.
Palate: Smooth and warming, becoming spicy and woody with cedar, banana toffee and vanilla cream.
Finish: Long and warming. Deep ginger notes and cereals develop with cinnamon.
