Glenfarclas 3x5cl Malt Miniature Selection - (10,105,12)

Glenfarclas 10 year old:
Nose: Lots of sherry but also juicy. There is a sweet aspect with the honey and a touch of toffee. Creamy, malty and barley.
Palate: Immediately you notice winter spice but then you get hit with rich fruitcake, toffee and a hint of smoke.
Finish: Long and spicy. The fruitiness continues through to the finish with oak.

Glenfarclas 105 cask strength:
Nose: There is a great depth to the nose with sherry and a creamy and nutty aspect. Sweet with honey on toast and just a touch of smoky coffee.
Palate: Silken, spicy and peppery oak. Almond, praline, hazelnut, dried peels and fruit.
Finish: Long, peppery and nutty.

Glenfarclas 12 year old:
Nose: Intense with a powerful sherry and almost a touch of peppermint.
Palate: Raisins with yet more sherry, orange peel, walnuts and dates.
Finish: Incredibly long and complex with more of the Walnuts again making an appearance.
