Matured in wood for two decades, this 20 year old 1995 vintage whisky from Glendronach has been released as part of the distillery's 13th batch of single casks.
Distilled 9th June, aged for 20 years in a single Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheon and bottled in January 2016 with a 46.6% ABV.
A limited number of 636 bottles were yielded.

Colour: Burnished copper in rich amber. Nose: Crisp candied peel and white pepper quickly warm rich stewed damsons and plum syrup. Palate: Classic rum raisin and chocolate notes are filled with delicate vanilla pod to further sweeten things up before cinnamon and gentle stewed barley bring the palate to a close. Finish: Delicious sweet spice and chocolate.

When you pour this whisky into your glass it is a rich amber colour. It tastes of Classic rum raisin and chocolate notes filled with delicate vanilla pods. I could drink this all day!
