Nose: Rich and full with a delicate sweetness from honey and vanillan. Notes of mixed wild berries and Crème de fraise with a helping of gooseberries with creamy citrus and smoke.
Palate: Complex and well-balanced. There are notes of aged Cuban rum with a touch of peat. Smoke gentle rises with a sherried note.
Finish: Long and smoky with plenty of sherry notes.
