Nose: Refined and well balanced with a refined sweetness as well as sherried peels, winter spices as notes of fragrant wood with a floral hint development.
Palate: Rich and well-balanced with notes of winter spice, much like the nose. Notes of white pepper develop with a touch of aniseed and crème de menthe.
Finish: Relatively long and full with rich sherried fruits and a gentle smoke.

‘My notes state a very complex and superb balanced refill sherry profile of the old school. Dangerously quaffable....’
